NVIDIA Reveals 32GB TITAN V 'CEO' EDITION

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has revealed a 32GB TITAN card based on the already monstrous Titan V which was priced at $3000. It supersedes any previous record holders of the most powerful card. However , don't expect to get your hands on it any time soon as it is only available to 20 lucky researchers at Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition 2018 at Salt Lake City.

It is called the 'CEO' Edition but is still based on the same architecture as the vanilla Titan V but has a hefty increase of VRAM, from 12GB TO 32GB and other increases in performance. It is specifically designed for machine learning but one can definitely use it for gaming but its price tag isn't in reach for most consumers. Its performance is on par with Nvidia's much more expensive Tesla series. 

Specs include :

  • 125 Deep Learning TeraFlops 
  • 5120 Cuda Cores
  • 640 Tensor Cores
  • 128 ROPs
  • 1455MHz Boost clock
  • 32GB of 3D HBM2 stacked memory
  • 21 BILLION transistors 
That is a lot to take in but those specs really do show what they mean when they have the most powerful card on the market. Of course, Jen Huang could have done this to 'woo' the researchers to sway towards Nvidia GPUs but I really hope they release a Titan V 'Gamer Edition' some time in the future. These cards are truly awesome but what we most definitely don't want to hear from Nvidia : "Our Volta line up will be coming very soon" in Computex 2019. Of course Nvidia wouldn't specially create twenty cards and are probably going to release it to the consumer some time soon ! The new Drum gun has been added into Fortnite through the 4.5 Content Update. There was no down time for servers and was just added into the gun.
